There once was a girl who
Always made lemons out of lemonade.
She looked at her life with
Distaste in her mouth.
Every little problem,
Every little stressor,
She deemed as an
Impossible feat.
She wrote about her
Little problems, little stressors.
She recorded her distaste because
She wanted to draw attention
To her poor, sad life.
This girl continued to
Write and write until
Her fingers bled, which was
Another one of her final tragedies.
And as I read about the
Lemons she made,
I couldn't help but deny
My own lemons.
And as you read about the
Lemons she made,
Please don't deny
Your own lemons.
